Working — the server has not answered yet.
Since Tuesday, staff signing in through Okta land back on the login screen. Password sign-in still works.

Reproduced. Their IdP is sending a NameID format we stopped accepting in 4.2.

Do we roll back 4.2 for them or ship the compat shim?
